When lymphatic drainage massage may be a good fit

You wake up looking puffier
Puffiness can be especially noticeable around the face and eyes, particularly first thing in the morning.
Your stomach, waist or arms feel fuller
Fluid build-up around the stomach, waist or arms can make these areas feel fuller and soften the body’s natural contours.
Your legs or body feel heavy
Fluid build-up can leave the legs or body feeling heavy or puffy, particularly after long periods of sitting or standing.

Why you may feel puffy or heavy

And how lymphatic drainage massage can help get things moving.
↓

How fluid build-up can happen

The lymphatic system helps move fluid
The lymphatic system helps collect excess fluid from the tissues and move it back into circulation.

Movement helps keep things flowing
Muscle movement and everyday activity help support lymphatic flow through the body.

When flow slows, fluid can build up
Long periods of sitting or standing and reduced movement can contribute to puffiness and that heavy, fuller feeling.
Our Signature Technique

How we approach lymphatic drainage massage

Vacuum work helps get things moving
We start with vacuum cups, using suction to create a gentle lifting effect through the tissues and encourage fluid movement through the area.

The cups can be used across different parts of the body, including the stomach and abdomen, upper body and legs, depending on where we are working.

A real example

cupping result after 9 sessions

Case: Full-body puffiness and a heavy, fuller feeling, particularly through the waist, lower body and legs.

Treatment: A course of lymphatic drainage massage combining vacuum cups with directional hands-on work.

Result: After 9 sessions, the body appeared less puffy, with a visibly more defined waist and overall contours.

What about the marks?

They may look more dramatic than they feel
Cupping marks can look like bruising, but don't normally feel as tender as a typical bruise.

They start fading within the first few days
Marks usually fade completely within 5–10 days.

Suction can be adjusted
The level of suction can be adapted during treatment, including if visible marks are a concern for you.
